About the role

You will be responsible for leading the product, operations and engineering teams within AmberBox, as we deploy tens of thousands of detectors each year in the US and globally.

The operations team manages two key areas: onboarding new clients and supporting existing clients. We are passionate about ensuring clients have a fantastic product experience throughout their journey, and become evangelists for the technology. We are looking for a leader that shares this passion for excellence and efficiency.

The engineering team is responsible for the development of new features, products and scaling existing systems to handle the demands of tomorrow. Your role is to manage this process and prioritize development projects based on the needs of our customers.

It is an exciting role that gives you visibility across all aspects of the business. You will be a key member of the management team, with personal growth potential to a C-suite position over the coming years.

What we are looking for

• 4+ years experience in a major consulting company, or an operational/strategy role at a high growth startup or big tech environment
• A passion for providing the best possible client experience and comfortable managing engineering teams
• Engineering, CS or other technical degree from a leading university
