Project Manager - It - Fully Remote

As a SQA Analyst/Release Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and successful deployment of IT products and services. With your expertise in release management and problem-solving skills, you will contribute to the overall success of our projects.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, manage, and coordinate releases for VistA Imaging.
• Monitor the release process, collecting feedback from teams and customers for review.
• Manage and mitigate risks, resolving issues related to release quality and schedule.
• Develop a release management plan and design release guidelines for the project.
• Oversee project patches, ensuring teams meet guidelines and deadlines.

Requirements

• Experience with VA Standards and Conventions (SAC Guidelines), GitHub, and Jira.
• Knowledge of feature toggles, branch handling, continuous integration, and continuous delivery.
• Bachelor's Degree in computer engineering or computer science.
• Familiarity with VistA file structure and communication protocols.
• 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance and release/configuration management.

Additional Qualifications

• Ability to obtain a government clearance.
• Preferred experience in VistA/Government Release Management.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Knowledge of Automated Testing Tools and SQL.
