About the Position:
We are seeking a highly experienced and analytical Senior Manager II, Finance to support our Fulfillment Network Operations team. This individual will be responsible for accurately planning and managing labor metrics to optimize our variable cost structure. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving financial performance through data-driven insights and strategic planning.
The preferred location for this role is our Bentonville, Arkansas Headquarters. The role can also sit in the following locations:
- Chino, California
- Orlando, Florida
- Atlanta, Georgia
- Richmond, Virginia
- Denver, Colorado
- Dallas OR Austin, Texas
- Chicago, Illinois
- Phoenix, Arizona
- Bellevue, Washington
- Hoboken, New Jersey
If you our outside of Bentonville, Arkansas, expected travel will be 25-50% annually for this opportunity.
Responsibilities include:
- Develop and deliver financial reporting to senior leadership on key performance metrics, budget versus actuals, and forecast variances
- Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, and opportunities to improve labor productivity, reduce costs, and improve efficiencies
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records and reports, while adhering to internal controls and compliance requirements
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop, refine, and implement labor planning processes that support business objectives
- Perform ad-hoc analysis to support strategic initiatives and evaluate business opportunities
- Develop and maintain accurate labor and financial models to identify trends and provide insights that drive key business decisions
You’ll make an impact by:
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders
- Experience with SQL, PowerBI, and BigQuery • Strong business acumen and ability to think strategically
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data
- Proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams and influencing senior leadership
