This is a mid-to-senior level position within Rain the Growth Agency’s Production Department. As a Senior Integrated Producer, you will be working in a fast-paced advertising agency environment helping to develop exciting visual content that lives on multiple formats across all media channels and platforms.
This job is 100% remote. Travel is expected for shoots, team, and client meetings. We also have a small production studio in our newly designed office in Portland, OR and you will be expected to help oversee the team capturing digital content.
What does a Senior Integrated Producer do at Rain the Growth Agency?
Collaborate with agency teams to oversee the producing of video and still content for broadcast/OTT and social/digital. This is a unique opportunity for someone who has a combination of agency and line producing experience. Your responsibilities include:
- Create and run production schedules to ensure content is produced and delivered on time.
- Ability to develop and present complex production and post budgets through proper scoping and understanding of campaign strategy and objectives.
- Manage all aspects of production prep including identifying and hiring crew, talent and freelancers as needed, as well as overseeing casting, location scouting, art department, make-up, and wardrobe etc.
- Supervise shoots and production wrap.
- Have a keen eye and attention to detail along with a focus on providing the clients with the highest level of customer service and care.
- Manage relationships with key production partners including, Directors, Talent/Casting music/sound, and visual effects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional agency teams and key stakeholders including but not limited to Client Service, Project Management, Creative, and Postproduction to execute campaigns and support key marketing initiatives.
- Help oversee the post process of your projects (offline through color, audio, vfx, cg, and finishing).
What makes a great Producer at Rain the Growth Agency?
- A minimum of 8-10 years’ experience as an ad agency producer with line-producer proficiency.
- A proactive, accessible self-starter with the ability to work on multiple projects concurrently.
- Full command of Microsoft Excel and Office 360.
- Passionate and knowledgeable about production but always willing to learn more and share your experience to help Rain and the Production Department continue to grow.
- Strong communication skills
- Experienced working with multiple camera formats.
- Comfortable learning new production technology.
- Ability to produce and oversee small to large shoots with varying budgets.
- Familiarity producing content for lifestyle, healthcare, athletic, and influencers.
- Experience managing and overseeing both video and photo shoots.
- A team player and production leader that enjoys the collaborative process.
- Experienced using bidding software such as ShowBiz or Hot Budgets.
- A relevant and strong portfolio of video broadcast and content producing. No applicant will be considered without an online portfolio included on their resume. Be proud, show us your work!
