Integrated Producer, Virtual Events

Mothership is excited partner with our client, a Global Consulting Conglomerate, to orbit earth in search of a skilled crew member that can function as a fully remote Integrated Producer, Virtual Events.

This is a 6 month, 40 hr a week W2 contract role, with possibility to extend or convert to full time.

Description:

INTEGRATED PRODUCER, VIRTUAL EVENTS

Client is looking for a Contract Integrated Producer to join their Virtual Events team. The Producer focuses on the production and execution of Client webcast programs, has in-depth knowledge of webcasting, video, and platforms and is overall technically savvy. This individual will produce on Client virtual events team.

As a Producer, you will be the subject matter expert of our technology platforms to deliver the best experience to the marketplace; as well as understanding and developing skills in experiential design, video implementation, and next generation technology.

WORK YOU’LL DO

• Project management, including the ability to manage multiple projects with varying due dates simultaneously, identify dependencies, and coordinate across other channels, in accordance with established milestones.

• Familiarity with Agile Marketing practices

• Experience producing and directing webcasts and other virtual experiences from pre-production process to post-production (programs such as ON24, GlobalMeet, webinar.net, Zoom, Microsoft teams, Socialive, etc.).

• Consult on best practices pertaining to live event, webcast platform, video needs and the Deloitte brand.

• Coordinate and schedule technical support checks with webcast presenters prior to webcast date.

• Working knowledge of coaching skills to successfully support and provide our presenters with best practices when presenting virtually (lighting, audio control, framing, etc.).

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TABLE

• Attention to detail - ensure quality of virtual events and ability to create deliverables presentable to firm leadership.

• Monitor quality throughout the webcast process, including sound, video, visuals, timing, and technology.

• Maximize use of event technology for optimal delivery – ability to demonstrate technology and troubleshoot technical issues.

• Manage the preparation, and production of virtual events in collaboration with USI (India) colleagues, internal Client Agency, and key stakeholders.

• Orchestrate the final assembly of all content and supporting marketing and compliance materials.

• Self-starter – manage workload independently in, fast-paced, virtual team environment while knowing when to escalate challenges appropriately.

• Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability.

• Excellent written and oral communications skills.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
