Busy Season Hours: 55 average hours per week

Normal Season Hours: 40 hours per week, with "Summer Fridays" (half or full days off)

Performs clinically driven revenue integrity audits and other assessments as assigned by management.

Position is remote. Living close to a large airport is ideal.

Perform team lead role on audits: plan, implement and report on audits, with guidance from the Audit Manager

Prepare quality draft and final reports for submission to the Audit Manager for review

Assist the Manager in the training and development of operational audit staff

Maintain Electronic Grants Management System records in compliance with institutional and sponsor policies for all proposals and progress report submissions

Field inquiries from Department Administrators and PIs, and communicates institutional policy, procedure and documentation requirements.

Review Request for Proposals (RFPs) for eligibility and clarify requirements as needed

Verify that all sponsor submission requirements have been met in advance of signatory approval.

Work with Manager or mentor on complex transactions, including the review of federal contract solicitations and applications.

Work with faculty to identify and organize all requirements necessary for timely progress report submission

Properly follow established Firm policies and procedures related to job management

Four - five years internal or external audit experience requried, preferably with Financial Institutions.

10+ years experience in creating visual, social and experiential campaign strategies in theatrical and/or television marketing

Strong Motion Graphics experience with expertise in After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Cinema 4D or other related 3D software

Knowledge of state-of-the-art video/film/graphics production and post-production techniques and equipment

VFX compositing/rotoscoping/tracing and AR/VR experience desired

Strong skills in layout and typography

Previous experience in Theatrical / Streaming is mandatory

Enhance personal skillset to assist in SOX program management

Collaborate with global Finance Governance Manager on annual SOX scoping to confirm and agree testing scope.

Compliance with emerging items, such as Environmental, Social & Governance disclosure requirements.

Compliance with legal and regulatory policies (AML, Anti-Trust, GDPR).

Other compliance-based audits, as needed.

Provide input on the annual global RCD SOX testing and resource plan, including use of 3rd party resources.
