Marketing Video Producer (part-time/ freelance)

Hello there 👋. We are Rock Paper Reality, an immersive technology agency that develops best-in-class AR, VR and XR content for clients such as Microsoft, Netflix, Lenovo, Sony, Ben & Jerry’s, Red Bull, Amazon Prime, NBC Universal and more.

Though originally forged in San Francisco, we’re a fully remote team scattered all over the world, with designers, consultants, project managers and executives located in the UK, US, Brazil, Spain, Bali and beyond.

We’re now on the hunt for a video producer with a passion for technology and a proven track record of creating high-impact video content. You’ll sit within our growing Content and Marketing team and be responsible for delivering video for our website, social channels and more. This is a part-time freelance position, with the potential to become full time. 🎥

You’ll be responsible for:

- Pitching, creating and editing video content to support our content strategy and plans

- Shooting content depending on the nature of the desiredvideo content

- Working with our Head of Content to strategise and develop an impressive portfolio of content for our YouTube channel

- Working with our Digital Consultant to optimize video content for - - --YouTube search (YouTube SEO)

- Capturing and editing video content such as interviews, testimonials, and promo materials

- Creating video content for case studies, social posts, paid ads, YouTube and more

- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to create video collateral for experiences and events

- Writing and editing video scripts

- Creating copy for video format social posts and YouTube uploads

- Editing audio tracks, music, voiceovers and sound effects

- Adding transitions, effects, graphics and more to make our video content seamless and professional

- Creating digestible snippets from longer-format content for sharing on social platforms

Our ideal candidate:

- Proficient in video editing and software such as Adobe Premiere Pro

- Experience working with high-profile clients and building strong relationships for the production of promotional collateral

- A passionate storyteller who loves to find and capture the details that will make a case study sing

- Someone comfortable with working remotely and often independently in a distributed team

- Demonstrable experience with YouTube SEO
