We need Experienced Instructional Designer (Interactive Games and Quizzes)We are seeking an experienced Instructional Designer with a strong background in creating interactive games and quizzes to join our innovative team. As an experienced Instructional Designer, you will be responsible for designing and developing engaging learning experiences through the use of interactive games and quizzes for our educational platform.

Responsibilities:·Collaborate with subject matter experts to understand learning objectives and content.

·Design and develop interactive games, quizzes, and activities that align with instructional goals.

·Utilize instructional design methodologies to create interactive and immersive learning experiences.

·Employ gamification techniques to enhance learner engagement and motivation.

·Develop storyboards, prototypes, and design documents to guide the creation of interactive content.

·Incorporate multimedia elements, such as graphics, audio, and video, into the interactive components.

·Conduct thorough quality assurance checks to ensure functionality and effectiveness of the interactive elements.

·Continuously evaluate and improve interactive games and quizzes based on user feedback and evaluation data.

·Collaborate closely with instructional design teams, graphic designers, and developers.

·Stay updated with emerging trends and best practices in instructional design and interactive learning.

Requirements:

·Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field.

·Proven track record of successfully designing and developing interactive games and quizzes for e-learning platforms.

·Proficiency in using authoring tools and learning management systems.

·Strong understanding of instructional design principles, theories, and best practices.

·Experience applying gamification strategies and techniques in educational settings.

·Familiarity with multimedia production software and tools.

·Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

·Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
