Demonstrated creativity in designing engaging and interactive learning experiences.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess learner needs and evaluate the effectiveness of instructional materials.

Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS), familiarity with Bridge, is a plus.

You will manage multiple projects concurrently, meeting deadlines and ensuring follow-through on all tasks.

Experience working with quarterly training updates and maintenance schedules

Experience in converting VLT training to elearning

Master's degree in Instructional Design, ATD certification(s).

Systems training experience is helpful, but not hard requirement

Work with technical communications to leverage desk-level procedures and knowledge base as part of the training solutions, as needed.

Advanced knowledge of instructional design and adult learning theory

Strong experience in the design and development of instructor-led training and eLearning

Strong experience with Articulate 360 and MS Office (primarily Word and PPT)

Knowledge of adult learning principles, course development methodologies (ISD, ADDIE, SAM), and Kirkpatrick's training evaluation levels.

A successful formula for collaborating with and extracting knowledge from subject matter experts to create content that achieves the learning objectives.

Experience with analyzing data to draw conclusions, assess impact and make recommendations for updates to training.
