Job Description

Seeking an Instructional Designer to assist a virtual instructor-led Leadership training. First roll-out of initial introduction through Virtual instructor-led training (VILT) and Participant Guide is 9/1/23. The basic information for the vILT has been roughly created in PowerPoint but needs to be “prettied” and built out further with data that is being supplied by SME along with creating a Participant Guide and PDF Leadership graphics/FAQ’s.


Rate: $50-58/hour 1099


Start: Week of July 10th

Duration: 7 weeks approximately

Location: remote/virtual (must live in EST zone)


Requirements:

  • Strong vILT instructional design experience (PowerPoint and Participant Guides for multiple years)
  • Work samples required (must showcase Participant Guides)
  • Ability to work with minimal guidance to create material in a fast timely manner
  • Precipio knowledge is a nice to have
  • 5+ years of instructional design experience
  • Experience working in an Agile environment
  • Ability to look at rough created material and visualize & create pleasing and engaging PowerPoint and documentation that is easily understood by participants
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Experience creating pleasing/creative PDF documents. FAQ’s and Leadership graphics for participants to use as reference a big plus.
