Position Overview

This role is not just about overseeing HR functions—it's about being a linchpin, bridging the company’s strategy with its most significant assets: our employees. As a pivotal member of the leadership team, you will be the guiding compass, setting the course for nurturing and expanding our workforce's potential.

🔗 Reporting to: Director of Human Resources

🌐 Direct Reports: Human Resource Managers and Benefits Analyst in Alabama

Key Responsibilities:

🔵 Policy and Procedures

• Act as the go-to person for policy-related inquiries.
• Craft, implement, and oversee company policies and procedures.
• Proactively ensure alignment with evolving legal standards.

🔵 Employment Activities

• Maintain an impeccable record system.
• Oversee timely employee reviews and manage unemployment claims.
• Streamline employee onboarding and benefits administration.
• Drive innovative recruitment in manufacturing with tech and social media.

🔵 HR Facilitation

• Partner closely with departmental heads and managers.
• Tackle employee concerns with empathy and promptness.
• Aid in coordinating company-wide activities.
• Handle other relevant responsibilities as they arise.

What You Bring:

✅ Bachelor’s degree with a preference for candidates with over 10 years of HR experience in manufacturing.

✅ Proficiency in EEOC, OFCCP, retirement planning, and other essential HR areas.

✅ Stellar communication skills—both verbal and written.

✅ An organized approach coupled with robust time management skills.

✅ A willingness to be hands-on, even on the shop floor.

✅ Teamwork spirit, creativity in problem-solving, and an ever-positive outlook.

✅ Ability to travel between Alabama operations.
