Essential Requirements:

1.- Must offer a minimum of 10 years of current experience as a “Human Resources Manager” within a dynamic "MANUFACTURING" environment a Must to be considered.

2.- Proven experience building, managing and improving an HR department with robust processes.

3.- Fully Bilingual in English and Spanish (90% minimum).

4.- Bachelor degree in related field. Master degree is a plus.

5.- Looking for a dynamic Manufacturing Human Resources Manager that enjoys working with people, as well as the manufacturing floor. A partner and coach to the Plant Manager and Plant Staff. Also looking for excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
