MyWellbeing is now hiring a SeniorGrowth Managerto own client and provideracquisition and conversion efforts across the company.

We are seeking an enthusiastic teammate who brings hunger,entrepreneurialism, demonstrated skill in customer acquisition, and of course, a passion for mental health.

Core responsibilities:

• Paid acquisition
• SEM and google advertising

Organic acquisition

• SEO and content marketing
• Email marketing

Sales/marketing ops and biz dev

• Increasing LTV of current customers
• CRM management
• Identifying and executing on creative opportunities for revenue generation
• Support with therapist recruiting efforts

People management

• Email marketing intern
• Customer success and support
• Social media agency

Tracking and reporting

• Report on weekly and monthly KPIs
• Ideate and execute on opportunities for iteration and growth
• Collaborate with MyWellbeing Founder/CEO to set ambitious, achievable KPIs

Requirements:

• 2+ years of senior marketing experience
• Experience wearing multiple hats and thriving in the midst of unknown
• Demonstrated success with Google SEM

Bonus qualifications:

• Experience at an early stage, quickly growing startup
• Experience with ActiveCampaign, SendinBlue, SendGrid, TeamTailor
• Commitment to growing personally and professionally
• Passion for workplaces that are fast-paced, where you can wear multiple hats and make as large an impact as you choose to
• Hunger to scale into a senior executive/leadership position quickly

• Full-time and fully remote
