Job Description

The Senior Director, Integrated Marketing + Communications will have oversight of corporate and brand websites, email marketing programs, CRM strategy, user experience, and partner website presence.



Strategically contribute to and manage 360 Digital Marketing campaigns in collaboration with Brand Marketing, from inception through to execution.



This leader will plan, forecast, and guide digital investment while overseeing the day-to-day paid media operations to maximize advertising return and operating income both long term and short term.



RESPONSIBILITIES:


Develop an integrated marketing plan; social, paid, PR, influencer and editorial calendar that strategically hits audience across multiple high frequency touch points; Manage and maintain marketing campaign planning, budgeting metrics and reporting


  • Lead executional excellence for all digital product content on owned brand sites, ecommerce and retailer.com partner sites.
  • Partner with Founder and Executive leadership to determine campaign goals and develop paid media strategy to achieve said goals
  • Own and develop all marketing KPI's and departmental reporting; track and report on all marketing led initiatives
  • Mix creativity and data-driven insights to improve, scale, and optimize our customer acquisition, retention and LTV.
  • Partner with Ecommerce team to understand brand channel and marketing program performance, continuously looking to refine and improve to ensure strong sales & ROI

  • Direct the timely development of campaign details, audiences, assets, tags, and URLs for all paid social, digital or programmatic media activations
  • Guide the maintenance of curated online product assortments across all brands and retailer.com partners
  • Supervise complete, accurate and updated content for existing and new product launches on brand sites
  • Oversee the set-up, optimization and execution of campaigns, with full delivery against agreed-upon campaign KPI(s)
  • Manage the activation of paid media campaigns across all brands
  • Traffic product content as needed and requested by internal personnel and 3rd parties
  • Drive and implement all marketing activities to ensure on-brand awareness as well as optimized conversion and yield as well as community building
  • Ensure content integrity, completeness, and optimization opportunities on retailer.com partners






REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be comfortable leading data-driven performance marketing as well as brand marketing and storytelling.
  • Experience in digital media strategy and execution, email marketing strategy and execution, owned and retailer partner site management, digital media & ecommerce performance analysis; nice to have ecommerce merchandising and promotion

  • 10 years of proven success in digital marketing, integrated marketing and/or brand management
  • Demonstrated success building out and leading SOCIAL/INFLUENCER/AFFILIATE initiatives and teams with a high degree of independence
  • Mastery of multi-channel, digital performance marketing; informed and optimized by insights from data analytics; experience extracting the insights to inform decision-making, oversight of execution and ownership of results
  • Analytical with an ability to use data to develop meaningful and actionable insights to drive marketing decisions.
  • Action-oriented with a can-do attitude, able to seamlessly take new projects and initiatives from ideation to execution.
  • Strong collaborator with cross-functional team members and makes the entire organization better.
  • Beauty and/or personal care experience is required
  • Experience building "successful" Brands by leveraging DIGITAL CONTENT and SOCIAL INFLUENCE; ideally out of challenger/indie brands
