Senior Brand Marketing Consultant (Skincare)

Position Overview: We are looking to expand our reach of households through a new growth opportunity. We are seeking an experienced marketing consultant for work on a high-level project, with opportunity for role expansion in the future.

Senior Brand Marketing Consultant Responsibilities:

• Work as brand entrepreneur, learning in real time and adjusting plans to maximize growth.
• Executing the set-up of the launch inclusive of agency reviews, marketing asset development and steering cross-functional teams inclusive of finance, sales, and operations through launch set-up and activation in market.
• Ensure execution of Brand Communication Vision across all touchpoints, including in – store communication, digital and social platforms, and all media vehicles to create broad awareness for the brand.
• Measure and report performance of all launch marketing tactics, and assess against goals
• Own day-to-day brand management to lead planning, forecasting, & evaluation of metrics as well as P&L management, marketing plan development, face-to-face relationship-building with the retailer and partnering with sales, logistics, and agency partners to execute brand strategies.
• Lead the launch of new brand in premium/prestige retail and direct-to-consumer channels, creating a go-to-market support plan inclusive of retailer-focused and national tactics.

Senior Brand Marketing Consultant Qualifications:

• 8+ years in brand management or other relevant marketing experience, personal care & beauty categories preferred
• Strong digital and direct-to-consumer experience
• May require some travel
• Prior experience launching a brand, preferably in premium US channels like Ulta, Sephora, etc.
