What You Will Get To Do:
  • Calculation and recording of fees
  • Interaction with investment managers and prime brokers to resolve questions and reconciliation differences
  • Trade processing
  • Daily reconciliation of cash balances
  • Gathering and processing corporate actions
  • Review of accruals and expense items
  • Analytical review of daily and monthly results
  • Confirming validity of corporate actions and significant price changes with independent source
  • Daily/Monthly reconciliation of investment positions and market values
  • Liaise with Auditors and Tax Preparers for Funds
What You Will Bring:
  • Master’s Degree, CPA/CFA are pluses, not required
  • Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented
  • Team player mentality
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Mathematics
  • Willingness to learn new systems, concepts and broaden knowledge in the industry
  • Positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • 2+ years’ experience in accounting/financial services [hedge funds/fund of funds a plus, not required]
  • Ability to manage shifting priorities

NYC: Salary range for the position: 70,000 USD to 100,000 USD. The successful candidate may be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award.
