Senior Account Executive/Manager - Sales

  • Customer Obsession - Extensive research to understand the customer’s business model
and their needs. Take regular feedback and act as a partner than a vendor

to a prospect/user. Also if you have committed them a timeline, make sure you adhere to

development pipelines, what workflows are possible on the existing app. This helps us go
long-term with the lead & emboss a sense of trust in them
  • Integrity - Being honest with the customer with respect to feature availability, pricing. Every
customer touchpoint handled professionally
What you will do:
  • Own territory sales targets for the Americas region
  • Drive end-to-end sales cycles including lead generation, sales presentations, platform
demonstrations, commercial proposal submissions, contract negotiations, revenue generation
  • Develop a consulting and advisory relationship with client stakeholders & executive sponsors
  • Work closely with our Customer Success team during client onboarding/implementation
  • Research, map & prospect the top accounts in the North and South Americas region

  • Overseeing all aspects of CRM, analytics, and reporting, including identifying the correct KPIs
to track and report while monitoring the ROI for clients' campaigns
What you need to have:
  • 4-10 years of total experience with at least 2 years in closing Software/SaaS sales for SMB/
enterprise accounts ($15K - $50K Deal Sizes)
  • Experience with selling in the international markets (Preferably North America)
  • Experience with working on RFPs, executive presentations, CRMs, and other sales &
marketing-focused automation tools is a plus
  • Okay to work in the Americas shift (7 pm to 5 am, 8.5 working effective working hours to be
clocked)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • You are open to committing 5 years of your career with us in a journey that will see your
  • Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills
compensation grow to 2X-3X of what you make your first year.

Location:
  • We are a fully remote team. The entire process from application to selection will be online
mode. We will onboard you online and you will permanently work remotely.
