Essential Functions
Pondering over complex problems and identifying innovative solutions for our client environments.
Devising well-structured technical execution plans that align with business requirements.
Collaborating with teams to gather requirements and ensure the smooth execution of plans.
Bringing your technical prowess into action, executing on previously designed plans.
Maintaining meticulous documentation of execution procedures and providing valuable insights into the technologies involved.
Creating clear and concise documentation to achieve client objectives, including technical procedures.
Leading and guiding associates during client engagements, enabling their growth and success.
Embracing new challenges with a positive attitude and taking on additional duties as needed.
Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree in computer science or information systems/technology/security.
Experience working in a technical capacity within IT operations, implementation, or security teams.
Proficiency in working with Okta, demonstrating your hands-on experience in the field.
Possession of a Certified Information System Security Professional (CISSP) certification, showcasing your expertise and commitment to the industry.
Sound understanding of fundamental technologies that support most organizations, such as networking and server administration.
Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, enabling you to connect with peers and clients effectively.
Experience in mentorship/management roles is a plus, as we value leadership and team development.
A talent for providing constructive feedback to associates, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
A keen ability to adapt and excel in new technologies rapidly, keeping us ahead of the curve.
