Scheduling Coordinator - Remote

Description

The IMA Group is seeking to hire a motivated and experienced customer service professional to join their team as a remote Scheduling Coordinator.
This is a full-time, remote role.
We are not accepting candidates from California, Colorado or Washington states, as well as New York City or Chicago at this time.
Specific duties and responsibilities, including but not limited to:

• Updating and sending out 24-48hr schedule checks multiple times per day.
• Communicate important information to scheduling team related to optimizing schedules.
• Receive and resolve internal inquiries related to exceptions that occur during the scheduling process.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Take necessary actions to optimize schedules during the schedule check process, including scheduling and rescheduling as needed. checks are filled based on daily requests and further scheduled exams.
• Complete daily schedule checks for future dates with an emphasis on the future dates that are one day, two days, and seven days in the future.

EDUCATION
Required: High school diploma or GED
Experience
Required: One year scheduling experience
Preferred: Prior medical scheduling experience
