Sales Operations Coordinator Jobs

Position Summary:

The Sales Operations Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of back-office sales activities. This role serves as the interface between various departments within Bally and the external sales force (agents). The primary objective is to facilitate effective communication and coordination to support sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with Bally Customer Service, Bally Accounts Receivable, and Bally Supply Chain Planning/Logistics to resolve wholesale customer issues, including:

o Providing shipping updates and managing delays

o Supporting account receivable overdue cases

o Addressing inventory delays

o Resolving EDI discrepancies

o Investigating price discrepancies

o Managing EANs/UPCs

o Handling Return to Vendor (RTV) requests

o Ensuring accurate copy information for agents

• Provide agents with accurate databases and materials to support their seasonal workflow, including sales campaign calendars and client invitations
• Monitor sell-through to propose and organize in-season reorders based on stock availability, data, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) provided by agents
• Analyze performance in the US market on a monthly basis
• Ensure timely and accurate order entry, completing WebOrder "SignOff" and "SignNow" processes for Customer Service and Finance Departments
• Conduct monthly performance reviews, focusing on sell-through analysis for merchandise categories (SKY PAD)
• Maintain an updated account list in coordination with agents, including all doors (retail locations)
• Submit SignNow forms as required.
• Submit Master file data received and filled by the 247 Team for new clients
• Facilitate coordination between agents and internal departments (finance, credit, customer service, marketing, logistics) by organizing regular meetings to ensure alignment

Competencies and experience

• Knowledge of the Italian language is a plus
• Fashion-oriented with knowledge of wholesale processes within the fashion sector.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, including the ability to meet deadlines, multitask, and prioritize effectively.
• Flexible, adaptable, and results-oriented.
• Ability to create and deliver presentations
• Previous experience in the fashion industry, preferably in business analysis (3-5 years' experience)
• Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Team player with a cooperative attitude
