Overview

• The Account Ops Coordinator will assist with day-to-day project and account management tasks, working closely with many internal teams.
• Working across a variety of Morning Brew advertising accounts, this person will have visibility into all our offerings and gain a deep understanding of how a campaign comes to life!
• Reporting to the Associate Director of Account Ops, the coordinator will play an integral role in the daily functions of the Account Ops team.

Heres What You'll Be Working On

The Account Ops Coordinator will have exposure to and support the pre-to-post campaign lifecycle. Your day to day responsibilities may include:

• Project & campaign management: Assist project managers in launching custom podcasts, branded videos, and custom events
• Timeline management: Support in building internally and/or externally facing timelines to ensure campaign production remains on track
• Maintenance of internal systems and documentation: Ensure team templates and process documents are up to date with regular audits, CRM updates, archiving outdated materials, etc.
• Test and learn: Project manage internal tests and gather results for analysis

Qualifications

• Passion for and belief in Morning Brew, its mission and its franchises and products.
• No ego.
• Strong problem solving skills and a solutions-oriented approach.
• 1-2 years in a digital or integrated media environment (i.e. publisher or agency) and a strong passion for the Morning Brew brand. Google product suite, Lightdash, Boostr experience is a plus.
• Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• A collaborative, competitive mindset. A passion for the "collaborative win": hitting/exceeding goals and achieving success with the person to your left and to your right.

COMPENSATION $60,000-$70,000 *Final offers for this job will be made within the parameters of the salary range provided, commensurate with experience. Total offer package to include benefits highlighted under our perks section below.
