As an integral part of their team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our brand within the US market.

  • Operational Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, logistics, and finance, to ensure operational efficiency. Track inventory levels, manage purchase orders, and oversee order fulfillment to meet customer demands.
  • Customer Onboarding: Assist in the onboarding process of new customers, ensuring a seamless experience from initial contact through to product delivery. Coordinate with sales and customer service teams to collect necessary information, address inquiries, and manage order fulfillment.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential new customers, analyze competitors' strategies, and provide insights for business development opportunities. Stay updated on industry trends and changes to support the brand's growth strategies.
  • Sales Support: Provide support to the sales team by maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records, generating reports, and analyzing sales data. Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
  • Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners. Address any customer issues or concerns promptly and professionally, striving for customer satisfaction.

  • Flexibility to travel into the city 3 times per week for meetings and collaboration.
  • 2-3 years of experience in operations, sales, or administrative roles in the CPG industry.
