The Private Client Sales Operations Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the Sales Operations Coordinator functions of the Private Client business in the United States. This is a highly cross-functional role partnering with multiple teams, personnel, and agencies to orchestrate all marketing activities of the Private Client team.
Operations and Analysis
- Review product availability and pipeline to assist in determining optimum mix and flow of goods to regions, communicating offerings, new products, vintage change programs, etc. to sales and DTC partners
- Assist team in reviewing and optimizing route to market for all orders; assist in implementing efficiencies pertaining to pricing, product launches, orders, and communication to end consumer
- Assist in monitoring and communicating region sales versus budget spent by becoming an expert in MAP
- Ensure white glove delivery service of Uber Pieces and work with HQ marketing on luxury delivery rituals
- Partner with Marketing Manager on new item launch processes & flow of communication from Maison to field
- In partnership with Marketing Manager, plan and lead weekly calls with DTC & MH Private regional stakeholders to review all topics related to PCS allocations
- Assist finance and marketing with creating monthly budget reports (T&E and A&P) and budget phasing and LE landings
- Partner with HQ sales and marketing teams to understand forecasts and PCS exclusive commercial strategies and apply data to order planning
- Responsible for daily monitoring of DTC marketplace to ensure accurate product availability
- Enter all distributor POs and process all orders thoroughly and accurately
- Partner with DTC partners to ensure products are delivered in a timely fashion and intact. Serve as the point of contact to resolve customer service delivery issues.
- Assist Marketing Manager with maintaining proactive partnerships with MH Private Central team, DTC operations team and field sales by providing clear lines of communication and tracking as it relates to available products, pricing, forecasting, inventory, timing, allocations, new item setup, and product launches

- Analyze event outreach, attendance, and frequency
- Analyze product purchases and client baskets to suggest potential exclusive offers
- Be the point of contact for all Engage (CRM tool), YOURS and MH Private app activities and tracking
- Accurately capture and report monthly client purchases
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management/Logistics or equivalent work experience
Professional Experience
2+ years of Operations and Supply chain experience
Experience working with distributors
Wines and spirits 3-tier system experience preferred
Practical/Technical Knowledge
Strong understanding of supply chain mechanics, preferably with knowledge of importing/distribution in the U.S.
Strong systems knowledge and acumen, including Excel, SAP, data reporting systems (Cognos & Click), and planning tools (Anaplan), CRM
