Job Position: Sales Operations Analyst

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including leads generated, calls made, appointments booked, and deals closed.

- Identify trends and patterns in sales data, highlighting areas of improvement or potential issues.

2+ years’ data management experience in either an educational, operational, control or change capacity with focus on reference data and analytics.

Knowledge of global markets, securities, and / or derivatives businesses (buy or sell side)

Keen to learn new skills and concepts at pace

Knowledge of Database query language (SQL) would be a plus but not essential

• Total Years of experience:

Ability to work in a dynamic environment and interact with quant / technology teams at all levels

Partner with Sales to manage allocations across multiple departments, states, premise and SKUs; communicate allocations to FP&A/Production timely.

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Mathematics, Economics, or equivalent quantitative discipline.

2-5 years’ experience in a relevant position; experience in wine industry a plus.

Previous experience managing a CRM strongly preferred.

Extensive experience in trend analysis and forecasting.

Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks and effectively communicate at all levels in the organization.

Project management experience is required.

MINIMUM SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

Collaborates with finance, merchandising, and sales to develop, align and evaluate sales strategies.

Advanced experience with Access, Excel, Word, and Power Point is required.

Demonstrated experience with data visualization (Tableau, Power BI) and analytical (Alteryx) software

Experience applying quantitative and qualitative analysis to solve business problems.

Responsible for creating monthly/quarterly/ad hoc Sales Operation package in Power Point for executive meeting and TOP management .

Minimum 5 years of experience ins Sales operation, Finance or Planning preferably within Semi-conductor industry.

Undergraduate degree in Business, Finance related, Marketing.

High degree of advance Microsoft Excel, Power Point skill, Sales Tools and ERP Tools.

Strong analytic skills and problem solving skills with attention to detail.
