Job Responsibilities:
1. Sales activity to build regional branding
a) Demonstrate a strong understanding of the SMT / Semiconductor market in the management region, including the ability to identify target key accounts. Develop and explore new opportunities by engaging in proactive and effective communication with end customers and channels, aiming to drive revenue, market share, and margins.
b) Attend market events and showcase our products and enhance brand recognition.
c) Establish and nurture strategic partner relationships.
2. Regional market analysis and reporting
a) Analyse market data reports, collaborate internally, and networks with industry contacts to identify competitive markets and potential growth opportunities. Analyse and report on factor impacting the loss of business opportunities. Provide timely, accurate, and comprehensive sales reports and forecasts. Participate necessary sales conference calls and offer valuable market feedback to management.
b) Attends industry functions, events, and conferences to gather insights and information on market trend.
3. Product Knowledge
a) Maintain a high level of technical knowledge about our products and stay informed about competitive offerings.
b) Stay up to date on technological advancements and share knowledge with customers and distributors.
c) Develop unique selling propositions and differentiators.
4. Channel development and support
a) Possess comprehensive knowledge of our products and the processes employed by our end customers. Initiate value propositions and serve as a pre-seller, assisting our channels in penetrating major accounts through demonstrations and presentations.
b) Provides demonstrations, sales training, and service training in order to increase awareness and drive solution sales.
5. Manage customer service issues to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and retention
Qualifications:
1. Major: Bachelor's degree or above in automation, electronics, machinery, engineering, marketing, or other related fields.
2. Strong command of the English language.
3. At least 5 years of relevant work experience and management experience in US-funded SMT factories or sales of SMT-related equipment, along with a comprehensive understanding of SMT equipment, technology, and management, is required.
4. Good communication skills, a high sense of customer service, and a proactive attitude are required.
5. Achievement-oriented personality, passion for sales and challenges, and a strong ability to handle pressure.
