Are you ready to embark on a thrilling adventure in the world of luxury wellness and skin health? UMMSkincare, a fast-growing startup focused on reimagining beauty and wellness, is seeking a highly motivated and proactive Sales Outreach Intern to join our dynamic team. This internship offers a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to be part of building our inside sales team from the ground up alongside our visionary CEO.
Responsibilities:
1. Connect with luxury partners: Engage with luxury spas, resorts, independent premier estheticians, and wellness houses to introduce and promote UMMSkincare's exceptional products, establishing valuable partnerships.
2. Nurture relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential partners, understanding their unique needs and providing personalized recommendations based on UMMSkincare's Ayurvedic wellness and skin health offerings.
3. Share the wisdom: Dive into the fascinating world of Ayurvedic wellness and skin health practices and effortlessly communicate the benefits and relevance of ancient wisdom in a way that resonates with modern-day consumers.
4. Shape sales strategies: Collaborate with the CEO and sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies customized for our target audience.
5. Provide exceptional service: Respond promptly and professionally to partner inquiries, address concerns, and ensure a delightful experience throughout the partnership journey.
6. Track and analyze: Maintain detailed records of partner interactions, track sales conversions, and analyze data to identify trends, optimize strategies, and gain valuable insights.
7. Team up with marketing: Coordinate efforts with the marketing department to align sales outreach with promotional campaigns, product launches, and other marketing initiatives.
8. Stay ahead: Keep up with luxury spa, wellness, and skincare industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to provide partners with informed recommendations.
Qualifications:
1. You're a fresh graduate or currently pursuing a degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
2. Your communication skills are top-notch, both verbal and written.
3. Building connections and effectively communicating comes naturally to you.
4. You're organized and skilled in time and energy management, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
5. You're a self-starter, driven by your proactive approach to tasks and creative problem-solving.
6. The Ayurvedic wellness and skin health world captivate your curiosity, and you're eager to learn more.
8. You have a basic understanding of the luxury spa, wellness, and skincare industry (previous experience in these industries is a bonus).
9. Proficiency in CRM software, email marketing tools, and social media platforms is advantageous.
10. You can commit to a minimum of 15-20 hours per week with a flexible schedule.
Duration: This internship is a 3 to 6-month program, with the potential for a full-time employment opportunity based on performance and company needs.
Location: This internship is remote, allowing you to work from anywhere with a stable internet connection. Preferably based in the USA.
Compensation: This is an unpaid internship; however, successful partnerships will earn you commissions. Gain hands-on experience in the prestigious sales landscape and access mentorship from accomplished Sales executives with diverse backgrounds.
