Acronym is seeking an Analyst, Media Analytics to join our Analytics and Optimization team. Your role involves performing strategic analyses of website, audience, and marketing data to address challenges and identify opportunities related to website performance, customer intent, and marketing campaign effectiveness. This includes spotting trends, identifying drivers and root-causes, conducting gap analyses, and testing media mix models to provide actionable recommendations based on the data.

  • The ideal candidate for this role should have 1-3 years of experience in online media performance analysis, particularly in paid search, display, and social media. Experience in the B2B or eCommerce industry, including measuring and analyzing the impact of online marketing on offline conversions, is highly preferred.
  • Additionally, you'll be helping clients and internal stakeholders optimize their media and digital analytics toolsets. This will involve answering data and reporting-related questions, assisting in the configuration of advertising and analytics tools, and providing strategic recommendations on tools to clients.
  • Communicating the results of data analysis and reporting clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders is a crucial aspect of your job. You'll be expected to condense large and diverse data sets into memorable takeaways and offer actionable marketing and technical recommendations based on the data.
  • You will be involved in developing, deploying, and enforcing measurement strategies and governance processes to ensure consistent, trustworthy, and insightful media reporting for both internal and external stakeholders. Aligning reporting and KPIs across various verticals and client divisions will also be an essential part of your responsibilities.


This is You...


  • 2+ years of experience in online media performance analysis including paid search, display, and social media.
  • Strong communication skills are highly desired, and experience with presenting data analysis, such as in school projects or internships, will be a plus. Familiarity with Microsoft Office products, especially Excel and PowerPoint, is important. Knowledge of advertising and measurement platforms like Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta, Search Ads 360, Campaign Manager 360, or Display & Video 360 is advantageous.
  • Experience with BI tools, especially PowerBI, is highly preferred, as is experience with data-manipulation languages like SQL, Python, or R for advanced analytics projects. While prior experience in account management and project management is not required, being task-oriented and disciplined is essential to manage concurrent and competing priorities across clients effectively.
  • You should possess experience in implementing measurement strategies, process development, and governance programs, including taxonomy development and insightful end-report design. The ability to improve processes and manage deadlines and multiple competing projects is valued.


The annual base salary for this role ranges from $65,000 to $75,000. Starting pay will be based on several factors and commensurate with qualification, experience, and work location.
