LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Sales and Recruiting Branch Director of Technology based in Atlanta GA. In this role, your primary responsibility will be to provide guidance and direction to branch employees, ensuring their motivation and productivity. The Branch Director plays a vital role in driving incremental revenue growth that aligns with our targets. You will actively lead marketing initiatives and foster a culture of business generation, facilitating cross-market activities across practice groups. Additionally, you will supervise the administrative functions of the branch office.

Location: Greater Atlanta
Type: Hybrid (3 days in 2 days remote)
Salary: $100k-$120k
Bonus eligible: Yes $0-$55k

Key Responsibilities:
Drive & Operational Execution
- Drive overall branch growth through revenue-generating activities and multi-practice group performance.
- Maintain a balance between managerial responsibilities and operational duties.
- Make timely and informed decisions.
- Meet productivity standards for both individual contributors and practice groups.
- Execute operational focus areas to achieve desired outcomes.
- Ensure consistent execution of operational best practices.
Resource Management
- Foster a high-performing team dynamic and cultivate a positive business development culture.
- Identify and nurture high-potential performers for future growth.
- Provide training, development, and retention programs to enhance staff skills.
- Attract, source, and hire qualified individuals for the team.
Business Analysis
- Display an understanding of financial business trends and develop suitable strategies.
- Achieve revenue, margin, and operating income goals.
- Possess expert knowledge of the responsible practice groups.
Communication/Collaboration
- Ensure effective communication by delivering feedback, conveying difficult messages, setting expectations, fostering ownership, and aligning with corporate goals.
- Motivate, inspire, and lead by example.
- Facilitate conflict resolution among internal staff, clients, and candidates.
- Conduct impactful meetings, trainings, and presentations.
- Build collaborative relationships with colleagues across the organization and within the market.
- Provide consistent recognition for exceptional performance.
- Lead and manage change effectively.
- Delegate responsibilities appropriately.
Customer Focus
- Develop and execute customer retention and expansion strategies for the branch.

Qualifications:
- Demonstrated performance in Talent Manager or Practice Director roles is essential.
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred.
- Prior experience as a Talent Manager for at least 2 years is necessary.
- Experience in developing and managing budgets.
- Proven success in business generation, leadership, and driving business development.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- A minimum of 2 years of management or equivalent experience is required.
