Accounting Director Jobs

We are seeking a Director of Accounting with Manufacturing industry experience to join our client's Accounting Department. The Accounting Director will manage a small team specializing in Financial Reporting, Cost Accounting, AP/AR duties, and external Audit processes. Their corporate office is located near Woodland Park, NJ and this role is On-Site. CPA's are highly preferred. Director of Accounting
Location: near Woodland Park, NJ (On-Site)
Salary: approx. $120-135k + Bonus
Responsibilities:

• Manage Accounts Payable and Receivable functions
• Manage Financial Statement Analysis: B/S, P&L, Cash Flow, and KPI's
• Reconcile Bank Statements & Fixed Assets Depreciations
• Manage annual Audit and Perform Sales, Census, and Litter Tax
• Supervise Billing and Cash applications

Skills Needed:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
• At least 5-10 yrs. of Management experience, required
• ERP software experience, a plus
• Advanced Excel experience (pivot + lookups)
• Manufacturing industry experience, required
