Director Of Finance - Hybrid, Equity Offered, And More!

LHH Executive Search is working with a highly recognizable, Atlanta-based global PE backed company on a search for a Director of Finance. This position reports directly to the CFO, and will help lead annual planning, support commercial projects, and provide thought leadership to the business teams throughout the organization. This is a highly visible position that has significant impact on the organization.

DESCRIPTION

• Make recommendations that deliver results, drive improvements, and may have global impact
• Build financial models and analyses
• Identify, implement, and manage process improvements (including new systems)
• Lead analytics and make recommendations to influence strategic decision-making and planning
• Spearhead annual planning process, including building the annual budget, updating quarterly business forecasts and monitoring ongoing business performance
• Help lead Board presentations

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Related Field
• Experience Working Cross Functionally with Different Teams
• 8+ Years of FP&A Experience (must be currently a Senior Manager or Director)
• Excellent Verbal and Written Communication
• Advanced User of Microsoft Excel

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• NetSuite Experience
• MBA
• Experience Working as a Manager of Director in a PE Backed Company
• System Implementation Experience

COMPENSATION/BENEFITS

• Base Salary Up to $200,000 (plus bonus, plus equity)
• Work From Home 2-3 Days Per Week
