We are going to join Sales Account Manager in NYC.
The ideal candidate will service the Kitchen & Bath, Residential Designer and Stone Fabricator Network who should be result driven to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer to boost top-line growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability. We are looking for highly motivated, energetic and driven team members willing to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Main Duties:
- Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
- Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Services existing sales accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
- Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.
- Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
- Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
- Adjusts content of sales presentations by studying the type of sales outlet or trade factor.
- Submits orders by referring to price lists and product literature.
- Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers.
Job Requirements:
- Salesforce as CRM knowledge.
- Articulate and well accustomed to a client facing role
- Strong analytical, communication, and computer skills
- Almost 2-3 years in sales account management experience
- Excellent Communication Skills.
- Proved experience with interior design network.
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs
- Spanish will be an added value
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Willingness and ability to travel
