Job Duties For Safety Coordinator

• Conduct safety orientation for new contractors employees
• Administer new contractor badges
• Record all safety meetings
• Coordinate daily with teams to keep track of schedule.
• Record daily work activities.
• Prepare for safety event and safety training
• Organize and manage multiple project schedules
• Provide Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to team members.
• Prepare for weekly safety meeting document
• Record all accidents and analyze injury and accident trends

Qualifications

• Relevant construction experience preferred
• OSHA preferred
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a member of project teams.
• Working knowledge of MS Office.
• Drug test and basic physical (eyesight & vitals) required.
• Excellent organization skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, visual, written, and verbal communication skills.
• English / Spanish preferred
