Position objective and impact of the role: The Resource Coordinator position is responsible for working in a TEAM setting to provide qualified personnel to support internal and external Customers. This role has direct safety, quality, and financial impact to Siemens Energy.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Communicating all Safety and HR issues immediately to management
• Following up with performance evaluations and ensuring proper action is taken and communicated for evaluation scores of 1 and 2, to improve employee’s performance
• Onboarding
• Coordinate that employees, and SESI, are paid for their services
• Workforce planning & forecasting. Provide Resource support of SEI to identify both short-term and long-term resource requirements.
• Coordinate that employees get proper Siemens Energy uniforms
• Proper assignment/data entry in Salesforce
• Author and implement policies and procedures; update vendors and personnel as needed.
• Coordinating assignments with employees and customers
• Recruiting
• Ensuring job requirements/training for the assignments are met
• Collaborate and coordinate with colleagues to contribute to TEAM success at SESI; including other tasks (not listed) that are requested by TEAM members and are within your skill set.
• Coordinate that employees have the proper IT assets/tools to do their jobs

• Required experience: 3-5+ years of successful experience in related field and successful demonstration of key responsibilities and applied knowledge in a TEAM atmosphere, as presented above.

• Experience with Salesforce
• As a federal contractor, Siemens Energy continues to monitor federal and state legal guidelines regarding the COVID-19 vaccine mandate. Siemens Energy is pausing its mandatory vaccine policy while the issue is addressed by the courts. SEI will monitor the situation closely and may reimplement its policy if required to comply with federal law. Should the vaccine policy be reimplemented, this position requires employees to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 unless they are granted a medical or religious accommodation.
