4+ years direct work experience in a project management capacity

Proven ability to manage large projects with exceptional project management skills

Experience tracking projects utilizing project management software

Keep project management and management well informed

Strong familiarity with project management software, such as LiquidPlanner, Smartsheet, Visio, Sharepoint and MS Office

Work closely with project managers, consultants, and leadership to assign resources across multiple projects

Maintain annual competencies and required continuing education for the Medical Assistant Certification

Prior experience with community resources and knowledge of medical terminology beneficial

Communication Management and Nursing Responsibilities:

Provides appropriate, medically accurate, patient education in support of all services offered by PPGNHAIK

Enters accurate data into the Agency’s Practice Management and EHR systems.

Receive, manage, and direct calls in accordance with call management protocols including but not limited to:

Working knowledge in supply chain logistics, information system and standard office tools

Ensures that all policies and procedures are followed by Logistics staff.

Executes daily ordering of supplies for assigned customer supply rooms. Reviews/recommends changes for each assigned supply room.

Works with corporate Supply Chain and Accounting to address any system issues for customer inventory.

Five years or more managing/supervising an organization or unit or five years of project management experience

Seven years’ or more managing/supervising an organization or unit or five years’ of project management experience

Five years experience within a Utility supporting operations or construction projects

Five years experience related to resource and capacity planning

Broad knowledge of SCE and T&D policies, Strategies, and Goals, including applicable governmental laws and regulations
