Overview
Dental Care Alliance is seeking a full-time Human Resources Coordinator to work at our Support Center located in Lakewood Ranch, Florida 34240. The HR Coordinator we hire must be proficient working with Excel; some HR background is a plus!
This position will be on site M-F 8a.m.-5p.m.

Formed in 1991, Dental Care Alliance is a ground-breaking dental support organization created by dentists, and focused on improving the well-being of both patients and dentists.
Responsibilities
Responsible for the ongoing data collection, entry, and reporting of employee data, obtained from a variety of data sources. Provide administrative support to field operations relating to work related injuries; handle incoming and outgoing mail relating to claims, facilitate appointments as needed, ensure payments are being made to vendors and claimants, and maintain claimant files.
Principal Duties And Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain solid working relationships with managers, workers’ comp adjusters, employees and payers.
  • Complete calculations for the non-qualified plan; bi-monthly, quarterly and annually, and submits information to the Third Party Administrator.
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Assist with invoicing as requested.
  • Develop and maintain departmental reports and information of activities as requested.
  • Calculate matching contributions for the non-qualified plan.
  • Submit rate changes for unemployment compensation to company tax authority.
  • Complete Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) quarterly surveys and respond to any follow up questions.
  • Facilitate the EEO-1 Department of Labor reporting.
Qualifications
Education & Qualifications/Training:
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Must be proficient working with Excel
Some HR background is a plus
Associates Degree or combination of related education and experience preferred
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters appropriately.
Strong organizational, communication and time-management skills.
Keen attention to detail and ability to prioritize in a changing environment
Ability to work independently, yet manage to tight deadlines in a matrixed team environment
Strong project management experience
Superior MS Office skills
