Resource Coordinator Nurse Jobs

Systematically and continuously assesses patient's knowledge base and physical, psychosocial and spiritual health through interviews, physical examinations and data collection

Performs the responsibilities of charge nurse and preceptor according to established protocols, as assigned.

Develops and evaluates plan of care.

Consults with multidisciplinary health care team in regard to nursing assessment findings.

Communicates pertinent information and changes in patient status to appropriate members of care team and other health care providers, as necessary.

Collaborates with team members to make changes in plan of care, as necessary.

Collaborate with RN Educator to ensure AMAP training, certification and supervision of AMAP’s within assigned region; complete AMAP Certifications as needed

Assume basic responsibilities during RN vacancy to include report writing, incident reporting and attendance at meetings.

AHA or equivalent CPR certification.

Experience supervising large numbers of licensed and direct care staff.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES (include But Are Not Limited To)

Excellent organization and time management skills.

Prior experience with fatherhood and/or employment programs;

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Assess, screen and refer parents to work, fathering and other programs;

Collaborate with judges, court personnel, support collection officers, and others to develop a problem-solving approach to support collection;

Track respondent compliance with child support payments and program participation;

Recent experience as charge nurse or equivalent management skills preferred

Demonstrated skills in teaching, communication, problem-solving, and project development/management required

2 years experience as registered nurse, with a preference for candidates who have prior clinical experience in dermatology or oncology

Demonstrated clinical competence and advanced knowledge in area of practice require

One or more years experience in ambulatory care preferred

Knowledge in specialty area of practice

·Strong organization and time management skills

·2-year degree program or 4-year bachelor’s degree with 0-2 years of relatable work experience

·Strong communications skills – written and verbal

·Meet with product manufacturer representatives to further knowledge of interior materials

·Organize and manage the materials library

·Working knowledge of Vida Standards and processes

No holiday, weekend, or on-call responsibilities

RN license in any of the 50 states - active & unrestricted (not a remote position)

2 years RN experience preferred

AHA Basic Life Support Certification
