Remote Support Specialist Jobs

Our client, an employee-owned company serving thousands of new and pre-owned automotive dealers, OEMs, and business operators in more than 20 other industries , is seeking a Support Specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate will have good communication, organization, and attention to detail which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Support Specialist

Location: Remote

Direct Hire

Pay: $22-25/hour

Key Responsibilities

• In charge of meetings and behind the scenes’ account admin work
• Serves as the primary point of contact for a selection of clients who are unassigned to a specific Moderator, corresponding via email, phone, and fax to troubleshoot and assist with the needs of the client Setting billing and point of contact with vendor
• Assist with the workflow
• Maintain list and books, ensuring accuracy

Requirements

• Advanced capabilities with Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of CRM/databases, Salesforce.com a plus.
• Strong time management skills ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Minimum of 2 years related work or industry experience.
