Robert Half is assisting a client in search of an IT Support Specialist for an ongoing contract opportunity located in Whittier, CA. IT Support Specialist will be responsible for in-depth troubleshooting and supporting a hardware and software related issues along with working on end-user requests through Active Directory/O365, computer peripherals, workstation set-up and more.

• 3-6 Month contract to fulltime
• 40 hrs/wk; M-F; Standard Shift

Requirements

• Remote/Deskside Troubleshooting
• Build machines/setup user accounts
• Provisioning and deploying laptop/PCs
• New User Setup
• Medical Background (nice-to-have)
• User access provisioning, documenting, storing in right place
• Most common issues: Service Requests, Password Resets, Logging In, Printer Assistance, VPN Requests, Wi-Fi, Microsoft Office
• General IT Support – PW reset, Active Directory, printer, VPN, MS Office
• Provisioning New User Equipment, Assisting with Access
• Written/Verbal Communication
• Windows OS
• Hardware Support (Desktops, Laptops, Devices, Printers, VoIP Phones, APs, Networking Equipment, etc.)
• Growth of 2-8 people per week as onboarding/constantly building machines
• Microsoft Office/365 Software Support
• Active Directory Provisioning, Password Resets
• VPN/Wireless Printer Connectivity
