Overview


If you're looking to begin your IT career, this could be a great opportunity for you!


As a remote IT Helpdesk Support associate at Morley, you'll provide helpdesk expertise to associates organizationwide via inbound support line phone calls. You'll handle basic IT items (password resets, printer issues, basic PC troubleshooting) and coordinate with Tier 2 support as needed.

  • Strong, personable communication skills
  • Able to work both independently and in team settings
  • Solid work ethic, excellent interpersonal skills and great attention to detail


Eligibility Requirements


  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Solid on-phone experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Windows 10 and 7


Nice to Have


  • Three or more years of verifiable IT experience
  • Active Directory experience


Remote Work Requirements


  • High-speed internet access at home that you are able to connect to via Ethernet or landline
  • Cellular phone
  • Secluded and distraction-free work environment
  • Texas resident
