The Opportunity
We're on a mission to transform healthcare and help people lead healthier, happier lives. As we continue to grow our organization and expand into many new markets, we are working to build out our national workforce planning command center. As a Senior Analyst, Workforce Management, you will be responsible for creating operational forecast and capacity planning models for clinical, virtual, and call center business segments. Reporting to the Director, Workforce Management, you will support One Medical's strategic growth and scalability-focused objectives, keeping the patient experience at the forefront of mind.
With a passion for problem solving, you bring demonstrated experience analyzing data and processes to identify staffing challenges and solutions. Tech-savvy, you bring knowledge of workforce management software and the ability to optimize dashboards and reports that will help us to improve operational workflows. What You'll Work On
  • Prioritization of changing workload and reporting needs in the forecast area and manage execution of forecast group structural changes, enhancements, and maximize operational productivity.
  • Responds to business unit inquiries, coordinates forecast reporting among appropriate departments, and coordinates responses to internal/external requests.
  • Report on variances and generate ad hoc reports as needed
  • Will serve as a strategic liaison for key forecast initiatives between divisions and manage special projects.
  • Develops and maintains historical data (e.g. absenteeism, attrition, demand volume, productivity, service level performance, and staffing adherence etc...)
  • Apply statistical knowledge to understand and assess business processes, evaluate risk controls, and provide creative and innovative solutions to business units.
What You'll Need
  • 5 + years in workforce planning or equivalent field, and previous experience with data analysis and trending, including long range demand forecasting is required
  • Experience providing clear, concise, ongoing communications to the organization regarding staffing and ability to communicate analysis and recommendations effectively with business owners
  • Familiarity with Workforce Management technology and software, and strong knowledge of WFM solutions is required (NICE/IEX preferred)
  • Strong mathematical, analytical, and organization skills with investigating and problem solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to track, report variances, and analyze historical data to create accurate forecasting
  • Demonstrated reporting skills; including Google Suite and/or MS Excel, MS Access, MS Word and/or SQL to access, combine and analyze multiple data sources preferred (strong comfort level with formatting, formulas, graphs, pivot tables, etc.)

This is a full-time remote role based anywhere in the United States.
One Medical
is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
The base salary range for this role is $76,800 to $134,000. However, actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate. These factors include, but are not limited to, job related knowledge and skill set, depth of experience, certifications and/or degrees, and specific work location.
The total compensation package for certain roles may also include additional components such as a sign-on bonus, annual performance bonus, equity grants in the form of RSUs, medical and other benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
