Provide support to TA as they proactively address resourcing requirements of people data throughout Workday for requisitions

Develops and disseminates accurate forecasts based on analysis and knowledge of the business.

Creates schedule plans based on targets provided by the Workforce Planning manager.

Collaborate with the Workforce Planning manager & stakeholders to identify system enhancement opportunities and recommend appropriate solutions.

Provides on-going communication to Workforce Planning Manager, leaders and stakeholders.

Build, publish and maintain optimized schedules across the Crisis Services team.

Prepare work volume and staffing forecasts on a daily, weekly, monthly, and annual basis and comparative data on results vs. forecasts.

Strong communication and storytelling skills to succinctly present market insights, both written and verbally.

Expert use in Excel, Access, Maptitude and other business intelligence software (Qlik, PowerBI). Strong data visualization and storytelling skills.

Bachelors degree in health administration, business, economics or finance is required. Masters degree in relevant field preferred.

Development of annual volume projections for assigned departments as well as market feasibility due diligence for any new or expanding services.

Develops provider needs analysis and medical staff development planning analyses. Maintain databases on provider and ancillary supply to understand organizations positioning.

Responds to ad hoc requests for information with accurate data in a timely manner.

Technical: Experience with workforce management solutions/applications including payroll, time and attendance software. High level of customer service and communication skills

Vision: Strong execution experience with attention to details, while keeping focus on the big picture.

2+ years experience in workforce planning

Travel: Willingness to travel within the local region to surrounding VEG Hospitals.

Pay Range: $95,000 - $115,000 salary per year

2-5+ years’ work experience in a strategic, consultative, or analytical role with experience supporting or advising executive teams

Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Applied Math, Statistics or related field or equivalent work experience/training
