Our client, a leading financial software company is hiring a remote Workforce Management Analyst to join their team!
**This is a 9-month W2 contract with benefits & paid holidays**
As the Workforce Management Analyst, you will monitor the progress of screening processes, address any issue that may be causing a delay, and communicates with applicable parties in regard to background checks and verifications.
Responsibilities:
- Create background check status reports and conduct weekly audits
- Assesses results of background checks and risks as related to the position for which an individual is being considered and consults with the Talent Acquisition manager and/or Legal to determine appropriate outcomes
- Ensures the timely and accurate processing, review, analysis, and consideration of background check results
- Work closely with recruiting coordinators and recruiters on the background check process and specific issues
- Adjudicate pre-hire employment background checks
Desired Skills:
- Proficient in Google Office Products (Doc, Sheets, Slides)
- Experience in HR, background screening, law, compliance, and /or document management
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- Demonstrated ability to use good judgment and tact in dealing with confidential issues with complete discretion
