Overview Workforce Management Planner is a professional who is responsible for creating and managing a workforce plan that meets the needs of the organization. The planner is responsible for analyzing the current workforce, forecasting future needs, and developing strategies to ensure that the organization has the right number of employees with the right skills and qualifications to meet its goals. Detailed Job Description The Workforce Management Planner is responsible for developing and managing a workforce plan that meets the needs of the organization. This includes analyzing the current workforce, forecasting future needs, and developing strategies to ensure that the organization has the right number of employees with the right skills and qualifications to meet its goals. The planner will also be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures related to workforce planning, such as recruitment, selection, training, and development. Job Skills Required• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of human resources management principles and practices
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in workforce planning or related field
• Professional certification in Human Resources Management (PHR/SPHR) is preferred
Job Knowledge
• Knowledge of human resources management principles and practices
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
• Knowledge of workforce planning processes and techniques
• Knowledge of recruitment, selection, training, and development processes
Job Experience
• At least 3 years of experience in workforce planning or related field
• Experience in developing and implementing workforce planning policies and procedures
• Experience in analyzing data and making recommendations
Job Responsibilities
• Analyze current workforce and forecast future needs
• Develop strategies to ensure the organization has the right number of employees with the right skills and qualifications
• Develop and implement policies and procedures related to workforce planning
• Monitor and evaluate workforce planning processes
• Develop and implement training and development programs
