Job Title: Workforce Analyst II
Pay: $46.00-$62.00/hour (based upon experience and location)
Duration: 12-month contract (with the possibility of extension)
Schedule: Monday – Friday; 40 hours/week
Location: REMOTE
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Compliance and Policy Adherence: Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, while maintaining accurate timekeeping records and reports.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze workforce data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement related to attendance, time-off, scheduling, and workforce productivity.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for streamlining and automating workforce management processes to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
- New Feature Development: Research and evaluate new technologies and features that can enhance the timekeeping process and overall experience for our hourly employees.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to managers and employees on timekeeping systems and best practices.
- Forecasting and Scheduling: Collaborate with people teams and the business to create workforce forecasts and schedules that align with business needs and optimize resource allocation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various people teams, People Technology, and operations teams to implement new timekeeping features and ensure seamless integration between systems and operations.
- Timekeeping System Management: Oversee the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of the timekeeping system to ensure accurate and efficient time and attendance tracking for our hourly employees.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Proven experience as a Workforce Analyst or similar role, with a focus on timekeeping systems and hourly workforce management.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven recommendations.
- 4+ years of experience within workforce management, workforce analysis, or similar
- Strong proficiency in Workday timekeeping and workforce management systems.'
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various teams.
- Familiarity with labor laws, policies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Experience with implementing Scheduling software from sourcing to workstream mapping to go live.
- Direct experience with Workday Workforce scheduling
