Summary
As our Conferences and Events Manager, you'll be the architect behind our unforgettable experiences. Your role involves envisioning, coordinating, and executing the magic behind our events, ensuring they're nothing short of extraordinary. This is your chance to bring your passion for event planning and operations to the forefront. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, you'll shape the way we connect with the world.
What You'll Be Up To
Craft and orchestrate our events with finesse, covering everything from crafting agendas, liaising with speakers, managing registrations, and ensuring seamless pre/post-event communication.
Mastermind end-to-end event logistics, forming solid relationships with vendors and partners. Your creativity and attention to detail will shine as you shape our presence at industry events and conferences.
Dance through the conference selection process, aligning it with our company's go-to-market strategy, while keeping a watchful eye on budgets and expenses.
Be the voice that suggests speaking opportunities at industry conferences, collaborating with experts to submit presentations that truly stand out.
Don the negotiator's hat as you secure contracts with hotels, restaurants, caterers, and event venues – all while staying true to our vision.
Oversee the nitty-gritty of event planning, from trade show booth layouts and decor to catering, entertainment, and transportation. You'll even have a say in the guest list!
Champion event-related communications, ensuring attendees are in the loop. Collaborate with our growth marketing team to spread the word and drum up excitement.
Make your mark by selecting the perfect promotional items and gifts, fostering a sense of unity and connection among attendees.
Team up with marketing and sales to ensure the right marketing materials are on hand, and that each event receives the attention it deserves.
After the curtain falls, summarize event results and reports, offering insights that help us grow and improve.

Fine-tune our conference and event activities to drive exceptional execution and capture the true value of our trade show investments.
Shape the strategy for both company and industry events, leaving your imprint on our roadmap.
What You Bring To The Table
A history of 5+ years in marketing, sales, or orchestrating in-person and virtual events.
3-6 years of hands-on experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
A knack for strategic thinking and an endless well of creative ideas.
Exceptional interpersonal skills, making you a pro at connecting with professionals of all levels.
A degree (preferably BA/BS), coupled with a background in healthcare, government, or a related field.
Experience with high-growth environments – a definite plus.
The ability to juggle multiple projects with ease in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
A track record of planning, managing, and executing successful conferences and events.
A travel-ready spirit, willing to attend conferences and events.
Proficiency with Salesforce and Marketo (or similar platforms) to keep everything running smoothly.
Strong communication skills, both written and spoken, that set you apart.
