Remote Customer Service Representative ($18.00 - $24.00 / Hour)

Job Summary

• Research and provide final resolutions to inquiries within contractual requirements.
• Respond to provider inquiries regarding TRICARE eligibility, benefit determinations, and claims adjudication.
• Analyze claims data to identify specific problem areas and communicate externally to obtain necessary data.
• Establish and maintain rapport with contacts while presenting a favorable corporate image.
• Handle provider calls exclusively, focusing on the status of claims, submitting claims, and following up on rejected claims.

Skills & Qualifications

• Ability to work remotely in a quiet work space with no distractions.
• Required: 2+ years of call center customer service experience or 1+ year of healthcare experience.
