- Monitor and close inquiries requiring follow-up based on departmental guidelines.
- Refer unresolved inquiries/grievances to designated areas for investigation.
- Address and resolve customer service calls empathetically and professionally.
- Accurately document, research, and resolve inquiries, ensuring clear and complete documentation.
- Respond and resolve inquiries on the first call, utilizing all available resources.
- Focused and quiet work environment with zero distractions or childcare challenges.
- Ability to hardwire to internet router and conduct camera required meetings/training sessions.
- Minimum 1+ year of Customer Service experience, with ACD Call Center experience preferred.
- Candidates seeking longevity and a career, as well as being coachable and receptive to feedback.
- Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid guidelines is a plus.
- Ability to work 2 evenings, including Friday, with the other day open once go live.
- Knowledge of CPT/ICD9 coding preferred.
