Otis Elevator is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our team in the growth of our modernization business. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for monitoring, managing, and measuring all modernization sales processes, providing direction for continuous improvement initiatives and meeting or exceeding the region’s business objectives.
Essential Responsibilities
  • Lead regional eSales Modernization initiative
  • Ongoing coaching, training, and developing sales associates to meet or exceed sales plans
  • Provide direction to continuous improvement initiatives
  • Oversee sales strategy including integration of sales growth; pricing analysis and market segment share objectives for assigned branches
  • Refine existing programs and develop & lead new ones to increase sales, awards and bookings
  • Nurture relationships with existing key customers; consultants; and be responsible to help develop new ones
  • Work collaboratively with the senior regional leadership team, regional general managers and branch leaders to identify and help execute strategic goals and objectives
  • Develop, maintain, and manage a strong relationship with sub-region leadership including branch managers, branch sales managers and functional leaders within the organization
Education / Certifications
  • Bachelor’s degree required
Basic Qualifications
  • Needs to be self-motivated and able to manage many simultaneous projects and responsibilities
  • Ability to work in a highly team-oriented and dynamic environment
  • Successful candidate should be very comfortable in a technical environment utilizing Microsoft based computer software
  • Strong leadership skills, goal-orientated, and self-motivated with strong time management and organizational skills
  • Candidate must demonstrate strong presentation, written, and verbal communication skills to effectively develop expectations and relationships with internal and external customers
  • 5+ years of sales experience required; elevator modernization sales experience required

  • Sales leadership experience desired
Salary Range: $124,500 to $165,500 annually + incentive + benefits. The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we’ll consider your experience, skillset, education and other job-related factors.
