Supernova has 3,800 contracted Electrical Engineer's and Environmental Engineers. Renewable Energy, Clean Technologies, and Energy Production certainly defines our company.
a) We welcome experienced and new commercial loan officers to our company to close inbound leads.
b) We prefer 2 to 3 years of experience in banking and lending. Undergraduate degree in business, finance, economics or other related disciplines preferred.
c) Your duties will be to pre- qualify clients, gather documents as needed. Submitting complete files is mandatory and working in the field as well.
d) Benefits: Flexible schedule
Supplemental Pay: Commission Bonuses on top of Commission pay and the ability to grow into a National Account Executive.
e ) License/Certification: Mortgage Loan Originator License preferred or able to become Licenced within 90 days.
Work Location: Virtual, Remote and Regional based upon experience.
f) The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for existing portfolios that are delegated and bringing in new business customers to Supernova Energy by providing effective sales and services that align with the overall mission and culture of Supernova Energy. You must have the ability to establish and promote business development efforts throughout the renewable energy market which leads to relationship and lending opportunities. You must be knowledgeable about the market and have the ability to analyze financial statements ranging from a variety of business and Industry types with the experience to provide renewable energy banking solutions.
g) Skills that are important to the role.
The ability to work closely with Loan Assistants to properly document and maintain loan and collateral files.
The ability to works with Treasury Management and other Business Service Partners to sell products when applicable.
The ability to Represent Supernova Energy at various networking functions to further Supernova Energy's brand and reputation.
The ability to assist in the overall management of Their Sales Territory as well as supporting other needs that may arise in the course of running day to day operations.
The ability to perform job functions in compliance with all company policies, federal and state rules.
f) TECHNOLOGY: Fully automated marketing to consumers Fully automated marketing to referral partners Fully automated processing (speeds to make your head spin) Full integration with online portals and Day 1 Certainty Approvals.
g) Job Types: Salary, Full-time, Part-time Pay: $73,997.00 - $409,538.00 per year based upon experience.
h) Training: Weekly onboarding and training with the ability to earn 25,000 a month within the first 30 to 90 days.
Geographic Markets: California, Nevada, Texas, Florida, Oregon, Nebraska, Washington D.C. and Colorado.
Average compensation first year: 250,000
Salary and W-2 Hourly positions available.
