Environmental Job Requirements and Working Conditions:

Review providers add, termination, and demographic update requests.

Maintain and update providers’ health plan unique identification numbers across all lines of business.

Identify providers’ data error and coordinate with responsible parties to correct.

Accurately log all providers’ requests and be able to provide monthly summary to Director and Team Lead.

Collaborates with LAWA’s CMP Developer to prepare, monitor, and control the program schedule to ensure timely delivery and commercial success.

Supports and advises on effective engagement with LAWA Internal and External Cargo Stakeholders to foster collaboration and minimize potential conflicts.

Demonstrated project management and problem-solving skills

Accepting of formal mentoring and coaching by senior management

Work very closely with the Sales Manager to build the Risk & Opportunities analysis and the associated mitigation plans.

Manage and negotiate commercial and contractual risk with the Inquiry to Order (ITO) process or Order to Remittance process (OTR)

Partner with the Proposal team in the development of proposals to meet customers’ and sales team requirements.

Refine existing programs and develop & lead new ones to increase sales, awards and bookings

Strong leadership skills and goal-orientated with strong time management and organizational skills

Project management and/or construction experience preferred

Self-motivated and able to manage many simultaneous projects and responsibilities

Candidate must demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively develop expectations and relationships with internal and external customers

Knowledge of the principals of cost estimating, scheduling, and contract administration desired

Accurately interpret construction contractual documents and contract modifications to determine cost of such change
